On Sunday 23 June I talked about Sugar at the Allergy & Free-From Show in Olympia, London.
The purpose of this talk was to explore the benefits and pitfalls of a sugar-free lifestyle, especially for people with allergies and those who are following a free-from diet.
There is an increasing prevalence of food allergies and a growing interest in free-from diets due to health concerns. But the message is important to everyone to be honest as sugar is a major problem in our diet.
With a family medical history of diabetes, and having seen the health implications of family members , I am passionate about this subject.
