Good progress and already feel a lot better

After having suffered with digestive problems for years I saw Monique to see if maybe she could help me improve my diet.
In the meantime, I was also seeing my GP, who recommended to start the low FODMAP diet.
I was very pleased that Monique could give me more information on the diet and confirm that the diet could be very effective in my case.

When I also got diagnosed with gallstones, Monique immediately sent me a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, other recommendations such as increasing water intake, and some supplement suggestions, that would improve my digestion, in particular the bile flow. I was very surprised to hear that stress can affect the gallbladder, but Monique explained it all and it now makes sense.

I’m very pleased that I can see my GP and at the same time work with Monique to adjust my diet and lifestyle. So far, I have made good progress and already feel a lot better.
